Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position. Responsible for running day to day activities of catering. Menu planning, managing and solving staff issues. Maintaining quality of food ensuring that healthy and safety regulations are strictly observed & highly maintained.
– Responsible for monitoring the stock level, stock rotation and ensure compliance with the given targets and objectives.
– Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Hospitality Management
– Thorough understanding Hygiene and HACCP standards
– Previous experience in 5 star o 4 star hotels as F&B Supervisor, Manager, Catering supervisor, is preferred.
– Good in Client relationship
– Good communication skills
Salary range 2750 to Qr.3500
