| 3.Basic Salary | QRS. 3,750/- Per month. After 6 months QRS. 4,000/- |
| 4.Allowance | QRS. 800/- Per month. After 6 months QRS. 1,500/- |
| 5.Incentives | Monthly Target of sales QRs. 80,000/-. If the sales reach QRs. 80,000/- per month you are entitled for 1% commission for the first Qrs. 80,000/-. If sale increases beyond 80,000/- you are entitled for 3% commission. |
| 6.Mobile | Device to be provided by employer with a monthly allowance of Qrs. 150/-. |
| 7.Laptop | To be provided by employer |
| 8.Transportation | Provided by the employer. (To & Fro Office) You will be provided vehicle with gas after obtaining Qatari driving license. |
| 10.Accommodation | Shared fully furnished bachelorette accommodation with Wi-Fi provided by employer. |
| 11.Medical | By the employer. (Exclusive of Dental and Refraction) |
| 12.Laundry | Provided by Employer. |
| 13.Breakfast & Lunch | Provided by Employer during all working days. |
| 14.Leave | 21 days paid leave after 12 months of service |
| 15.Bonus | One month salary on completion of 12 months (Based on performance). |
| 16. Travelling Entitlements | One way ticket to join Company.
To and Fro air tickets between Doha and home country will be provided by employer, upon completion of two (2) years. |

| 18.Probation | Six months of the employment shall be probationary period and during the said probationary period the employer will be entitled without assigning any ground or reason and without any notice lieu whatsoever to terminate this agreement. In the event of such termination, the employer shall be liable to pay her transportation cost to her place of recruitment. Further, during such probationary period, the employee shall not be entitled to accumulate leave unless the employment is confirmed by the employer. |
