For our Al Haramain Highspeed Railway Project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a

Power/Electrical Engineer – Supervision. Your tasks would be as follows:

• Supervising Traction Power Supply System construction works
• Ensuring all actions are performed according to the guidelines and regulations of the project (drawings, method statements etc.)
• Providing technical guidance with emphasis on Traction Power Supply and training staff (Power/Electrical Technicians etc.)
• Reporting all supervision activities performed on site to the Task-leader
• Participate and initiate meetings with client/contractor
• Pre-qualification and approval of sub-suppliers
• Implementing FAT/SAT (Review FAT/SAT proposals, prepare and carry out FAT/SAT, prepare FAT/SAT documentation)
• Preparing reports, forecasts and resource planning
• Check, review and prepare the approval of method statements and materials
• Conducting overall quality management

Your Profile:

• University degree (M.Sc.) in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Power Supply
• At least 12 to 15 years’ experience as railway engineer, minimum 10 years’ experience in Traction Power Supply System Engineering, ideally working experience in high speed projects
• International working experience required
• Willingness to re-locate to Saudi Arabia for at least two years
• Excellent English skills
• Relevant IT-skills
• Holding an International driving license
