Step by step you will take on the following tasks:
- 1st level IT support for our employees
- Receipt and resolution of service and fault inquiries in German and English, which are reported via telephone, chat or web ticket
- Reliable solution finding and documentation of all inquiries
- Jointly responsible for the smooth operation of the IT service desk
- Cooperation in constant improvement
Your profile
- You can quickly establish constructive communication and collaboration. When finding the solution, you keep track of company-wide relationships.
- You also meet the following requirements:
- Completed training at HTL Matura level with IT focus or IT teaching / IT – technical school with relevant professional experience
- High customer and service orientation
- Interest and enthusiasm for different IT topics
- Knowledge of the interrelationships in the IT infrastructure is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft standard applications
- Very good knowledge of German and English
